A 20 percent cancellation fee will be charged for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. In the event of illness, inclement weather, or any event preventing you from making it to your appointment please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours to avoid the cancellation fee. No shows will be charged the cancellation fee once 15 minutes has lapsed past the time of the appointment.
